Homemade Chocolates and Lollipops–How To Make Chocolate At Home- Kids Recipe

Ingredient –

  • Brown chocolate (Bars or Chips)
  • If you are using bars then break the chocolate bars into the  small pieces
  • White chocolate (Bars or Chips)
  • Butter / Vegetable oil – 1/2 tsp.
  • Chocolate Mold and Lollipop Mold
  • Lollipop Sticks (for lollipop chocolates)
  • You can use the chocolate wrapping papers/or foil to wrap the chocolates and Lollipops.

Method –

  1. Boiled 2 cups of water into the pan on medium heat.
  2. Place Melt the white chocolate chips in a bowl either using double boiler or in microwave.
  3. Add Butter / Vegetable oil – 1/2  tsp.
  4. Keep stirring until it melts completely and keep aside.
  5. Do the same for brown chocolate also.
  6. Wisk till it become smooth.
  7. Now drop the melted chocolates into molds with the help of spoon, make sure not fill it completely.
  8. You can mix fruit flavor color into melted white chocolate to prepare two different color.
  9. Similarly you can use lollipop sticks and mold to prepare different colors of lollipops,
  10. Pat the mold on surface to spread the chocolate evenly into the mold.
  11. This will help the chocolate to reach into all the corners of the mold.
  12. Keep it in fridge for sometime, so it can settle down.
  13. Once the chocolate cool down, remove from molds.
  14. You can use the chocolate wrapping papers/or foil to wrap the chocolates.
  15. Chocolates and lollipops are ready.. Enjoy!!!

Khoya / Mawa Barfi (खोया बर्फी )- Milk Khoya Burfi–How To Make Barfi

Ingredients –

  • Mawa Or Khoya Or Dried evaporated milk solids – 2 cups
  • Milk Powder – 2 tbsp.
  • Sugar Powder – 3/4 cups (as per your taste)
  • A tray covered with Aluminum foil

For Garnishing –

  1. You can garnishing with tutti frutti, Blanched Pistachio (Pista),  almonds , Silver warq (optional)

Method –

  1. Crumble it the khoya nicely.
  2. Add khoya, milk powder and sugar powder into the pan.
  3. Begin to cook on a low heat stirring.
  4. Sugar melts and makes the mixture gooey.
  5. Keep stirring for 3-4 minutes so it doesn’t burn..
  6. When the mixture becomes slightly thick and start leaving the side of the pan.
  7. Switch off the heat.
  8. Transfer this to the foil and spread it with the spatula.
  9. Allow it to cool down for 10 minutes.
  10. After 10 minutes garnish with sliver warq.
  11. Keep it in fridge for sometime, so it can settle down.
  12. Once the khoya barfi cool down, remove Aluminum foil from khoya mixture.
  13. Cut to desired shapes with knife.
  14. Khoya Barfi is ready to serve.
  15. Refrigerate and use with in 4 to 5 days.

Rice Kulfi– (चावल कुल्फी )- Recipe For Kids –Summer Recipe- Dessert Recipe

Ingredients –

  • Rice (Chawal) flour – 1 1/2 tbsp.
  • Whole Milk – 3 cups.
  • Coconut powder – 2 tbsp.
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp.
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp (as per your taste)

Method –

  1. Heat Whole milk into the pan.
  2. Let it boiled on medium heat.
  3. Add sugar, Coconut powder and Cardamom powder mix well on low heat.
  4. Add little water into rice flour, dissolve it completely..make sure there are no lumps.
  5. Pour the rice flour mixture into the milk on low heat.
  6. Keep stirring and make sure there are no lumps.
  7. Cook till it becomes slightly thick consistency.
  8. Turn off the heat, let it cool down completely.
  9. Add chopped pista and mix well.
  10. Pour the rice kulfi mixture in kulfi moulds.
  11. Keep in the freezer for the kulfi to set.
  12. Once set, serve the rice kulfi sprinkled with coconut powder and chopped pista.
  13. Serve Rice kulfi immediately.

आम की बर्फी–Mango Bafri–Summer Recipe- Mango Fudge Bars- Mango kalakand

Ingredients –

  • Mango Pulp – 2 Cups (Peel two big sized mangoes,  take out the pulp, grind it to a paste)
  • Sugar- 1/3 cups (as per your taste)
  • Ghee / Butter – 1 tbsp.
  • Dry Milk Powder – 1 1/2 tbsp.
  • Dry Coconut Powder – 1 1/2 tbsp.
  • Green cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp.
  • For Garnishing –
    Blanched Pistachio (Pista)

Method –

  1. Pour Ghee in the pan and heat it on medium heat.
  2. Once the ghee melts, add mango puree to it.
  3. Add dry milk powder, coconut powder and green cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp.
  4. Keep stirring, so it doesn’t burn.
  5. Take a tray and cover with Aluminum foil
  6. Cook  till the mixture forms a thick consistency
  7. When the mixture gets thick like a halwa, and starts to leave the corners of the pan.
  8. Turn off the heat.
  9. Immediately, pour this hot mixture into the tray and spread it evenly.
  10. Press it gently and sprinkle some Pista.
  11. Keep it in fridge for sometime, so it can settle down.
  12. Once Mango barfi  settled, cut it into pieces as per shape of your choice.
  13. Mango Barfi is ready to serve.
  14. Store in the refrigerator for a week.

हलवाई जेसा बनाये स्वादिष्ट बादाम का हलवा- Almond Halwa–How To Make Badam Halwa

Ingredients-

  • Almonds (badam) – 1 cup
  • Ghee / Butter – 1 tbsp (if required you can add more)
  • Milk – 1/2 cup (if required you can add more)
  • Sugar – 1 cup (as per your taste)
  • Cardamom (elachi) powder- 1/2 tsp
  • For Garnishing – Sliced almond, chopped pista etc.

Method

  1. Soak almonds (badam) in a bowl with enough water for 7-8 hour.
  2. Drain and de-skin the almonds.
  3. Add almonds and milk in a mixer jar and blend them.
  4. Make a fine paste.
  5. Heat the ghee in a deep non-stick kadhai,
  6. Add the almond mixture, mix well & cook on medium to low heat.
  7. Keep stirring constantly otherwise it will get burnt.
  8. Cook till the halwa thicken.
  9. Add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well.
  10. Once halwa will start leaving the side off the pan.
  11. Switch off the heat.
  12. Add dry fruits and mix well.
  13. Almond(Badam) Halwa is ready.
  14. Serve warm or store in an air-tight container.

Blueberry Juicy Rasgulla (ब्लूबेरी रसगुल्ला)– Fresh Blueberries Dessert– Indian Recipe- Rosogulla

Ingredients –

  • Paneer / Chena – 1 cup
  • Sugar (as per your taste) – 1 cup
  • Blueberry – 1/2 cup (as per your taste)

Method –

  1. Put sugar in a pan with lid, add 2 cups of water and  mix it.
  2. Put blueberry into the mixer jar and make a paste.
  3. Add Blueberry paste and mix well.
  4. Allow sugar chashni to come to boil.
  5. Now put chena on the plate and using your hand press for 5-6 minutes until chena becomes completely smooth (You can use blender also).
  6. Take the small portions of chena in your hand and shape them into balls.
  7. Roll each portion of paneer into a smooth ball between your palms, making sure there are no cracks.
  8. Now put all the paneer balls in boiling chashni and close the lid.
  9. Cook on high heat for 9-10 minutes.
  10. After 10 minutes, open the lid and check the rasgullas..
  11. Again cook for 10 minutes.
  12. Turn off the heat.
  13. Blueberry Rasgullas has become puffy and doubled in size.
  14. Now take them out in a bowl .
  15. You can store in refrigerator up to a week.
  16. Blueberry Rasgullas are ready to serve.

फटे दुध से बनाये स्वादिष्ट बर्फी और लडू- Curdled Milk Barfi- Sour Milk Laddu/Ladoo/Katli

Ingredients –

  • Normal Milk / Curdled Milk
  • Sugar (as per your taste)
  • Dry milk powder – 1/2 cup
  • Dry coconut powder – 1/2 cup
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Food color (optional) yellow
  • Green cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee / Butter – ¼ tsp (if needed you can add )
  • Condensed milk (optional)

For garnishing –

  • You can garnishing with tutti frutti, Blanched Pistachio (Pista),  almonds ,Silver warq (optional)

Method –

  1. Heat  milk in a pan and bring it to boil.
  2. Keep stirring once a while.
  3. When milk is boiled, turn off the heat.
  4. Add Vinegar, mix well as the milk starts to ferment stop adding Vinegar.
  5. Place a muslin cloth/cotton cloth in a strainer and put the fermented milk on it to separate remaining water from Paneer.
  6. Take a bowl, add crumbled paneer, coconut powder, sugar, dry milk powder, green cardamom powder and mix well.
  7. Heat a pan, add ghee on a medium heat.
  8. Add  paste  into a pan.
  9. Add coconut powder and mix well.
  10. Keep stirring for 3-4 minutes so it doesn’t burn..
  11. Once mixture is ready, turn off the heat.
  12. Apply ghee / butter on the plate (If you like you can use aluminum foil)
  13. Pour the mixture and then spread it evenly.
  14. Press it gently.
  15. You can garnishing with tutti frutti, Blanched Pistachio (Pista),  almonds ,Silver warq (optional).
  16. Let it cool down for sometime, so it can settle down.
  17. Once Curdled milk barfi  settled, cut it into pieces as per shape of your choice.
  18. Refrigerate to keep it fresh for up to 1 week.

For ladoo / Laddu –

  1. Take small portion of mixture, roll them into small ball.
  2. Coat with dry coconut powder .
  3. You can garnishing with tutti frutti, Blanched Pistachio (Pista),  almonds ,Silver warq (optional).
  4. Curdled milk ladoo is ready to serve.
  5. Refrigerate to keep it fresh for up to 1 week.

Kaju Apple (Cashew Apple)-बस १० मिनट्स में बनाये करवा चौथ के लिए स्पेशल मिठाई –Karwa Chouth Special

Ingredients –

  • Cashew nuts (kaaju) – 2 cups
  • Sugar – 1 cup (as per your taste)

For decoration-

  • Food color Red and Yellow for decoration.
  • Few cardamom skins
  • Cloves (long)
  • Clarified butter/ghee

Method –

  • Add cashew nuts in the grinder and prepare fine powder.
  • Heat the kadhai/non-stick pan and add ghee( 1 tsp), sugar and 1/4 cup water.
  • Mix well and let the water boil.
  • Add a pinch of yellow color.
  • Prepare sugar syrup and check with your fingers it should be 1 string.
  • Once sugar syrup is ready add cashew powder and keep stirring it and cook it on medium to low flame.
  • Keep cooking it for some more time until it becomes thick paste.
  • Switch off the heat and let it cool down.
  • Grease your palms with ghee and make small balls from the dough, roll it between your palms.
  • Press with your thumb in the center of it.
  • Repeat the same for rest of the dough.
  • Garnish the Kaju apple with cloves and cardamom skin.
  • With the help of brush and red food color, decorate the kaju apple.
  • Repeat the same for rest of the Kaju Apple
  • Kaju Apple is ready, refrigerate to keep it fresh up to 1 week.

Bread Rasmalai (झटपट बनाये ब्रेड की रसमलाई)- Rasmalai Recipe-Indian Sweet Recipe

Ingredients –

  1. White Bread slices
  2. Cardamom powder – 2 pinch
  3. Sugar -2 tsp (as per your taste)
  4. Chopped pistachio for garnishing
  5. Saffron (kesar) –few strands (optional)
  6. Whole milk -1 liter

Method –

  • Take any shape of cookie cutter, and cut the breads.
  • To make flavored milk, bring the milk to boil in a non-stick pan on high to low flame.
  • Keep stirring to avoid the milk sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  • When the milk become little thicker, add sugar, cardamom powder into the milk and keep stirring.
  • Flavored milk is ready, turn off the heat and let it cool down.
  • Soak the bread slices into the flavored milk for few minutes.
  • You can use extra Rabri to prepare more Bread Rasmalai
